the 32th Annual Christmas Craft Fair

As advertised on WSMV, WTVF, FOX 17, 21 radio stations in a 250 mile radius. Local and regional print publications, AAA annual travel destination.
Our 2011 Fair attracted over 3300 visitors!
Only exhibitors who have quality goods, handmade or hand assembled crafts will be accepted. Imported or flea market type items are NOT permitted. Food items and select specialty items can only be sold with permission of the Craft Fair Chair-person.
The booth rental fee is $50.00 for a 12' x 6' space.
The cost includes a one year sponsor hyperlink to your website, you will also have first right of refusal on the previous years booth location if your payment is made prior to the October 1, 2010 deadline. Locations placement after the deadline is first come first placed.
. Exhibitors may pre-arrange to use a 5' round table for $3.00 (No square tables available) Tables will be at your location for load in.
. Booths measure 12' along the wall and 6' deep, and 2 chairs will be provided.
. MOPA will display your booth number on the wall behind the table, or you may bring your own sign.
. You may unload near the doors, but please be sure to then move your vehicle so that customers may park.
. Set-up time is from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday (November 2). The building will open on Saturday morning at 7:00 am for further set-up
time before the Craft Fair begins at 9:00am.
. Donated items for the SILENT AUCTION will be picked up and taken to the Chairman’s table.
. Donuts and coffee will be available for purchase in the morning and luncheon items will be available throughout the day.
