Only exhibitors who have quality goods, handmade or hand assembled crafts will be accepted. Imported or flea market type items are NOT permitted. Food items and select specialty items can only be sold with permission of the Craft Fair Chair-person.

  • The booth rental fee is $75.00 for a 12' x 6' space. 
  • Booths measure 12' along the wall and 6' deep.
  • Chairs and tables MUST be provided by the exhibitor.
  • Booth numbers will be provided on the wall behind the table, but exhibitors may bring their own signs.
  • Exhibitors may unload near the front doors, but vehicles need to be moved quickly so that fire lanes remain clear.
  • Check-In & Set-up time is from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday.
  • The building will open on Saturday morning at 7:00 am for further set-up time before the Craft Fair begins at 9:00 am.

Please scan the QR codes above.  Please notate that your payment is $75 for the year of the craft fair you are registering for and notate MOPA Craft Fair on your payment.

All Indoors and Handicapped Accessible

 

*Check-In and Set-up on the Friday before at 5pm - 9pm,

and on Saturday,  at 7am - 9am

McGavock Orchestra Parents Association Craft Fair Agreement

1. Exhibitor agrees to sell only items which are quality, hand-made or assembled by the crafter.

2. Exhibitor agrees not to sell imported or flea market items, or food items without permission.

3. Exhibitor will honor the No Smoking and No Alcoholic beverage policies of Metro Public Schools.

4. Exhibitor agrees to keep their booth open for business during the scheduled craft fair business hours.
